Privacy Policy

About this policy

Waddle Laboratories Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Waddle Labs (“Waddle,” “we,” or “us”), provides the Waddle application at app.waddlelabs.ai. This policy describes how we handle information in that application. For privacy questions or requests, contact wave@waddlelabs.ai.

Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, email-verification status, and name when available. We use these details to identify you, check access eligibility, and create or locate your Waddle account. Waddle requests only basic sign-in permissions: openid, email, and profile. This integration does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or Contacts access, and we do not receive your Google password. Google sign-in information is used for account and authentication purposes; the customer-content uses below do not expand those purposes.

Content and service information

We process prompts and conversations, uploaded images and demonstration videos, workspace files and code, AI responses, and task results. Connected features also process robot identifiers, connection status, commands, tool results, camera images or streams, and related operational information. Images and recordings retained by Waddle depend on the features and configuration used. Camera content may include people or private spaces visible to the camera.

We retain usage and diagnostic records, including task status, errors, model usage, token counts, cost estimates, and model request/response traces. Traces can contain conversation content, images, and tool results. We also process information you provide when contacting us.

How we use customer content

We use information to operate the service, maintain accounts and workspaces, provide AI responses and robot features, display media, measure usage, diagnose problems, and respond to support requests.

We may also use customer prompts, conversations, uploads, workspace files, robot observations, and results for our own research, model training and fine-tuning, evaluation, dataset and example-library development, and product improvement. These activities may benefit models, products, and services beyond your own workspace. Authorized personnel may review content for these purposes. Customer content is not excluded from these uses by default.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell, publish, or license customer content to others. To provide the service, we send relevant content to AI providers and use infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and media transmission. Depending on the feature and configuration, AI processing may use OpenAI or Anthropic. Model inputs can include prompts, conversation context, images, workspace content, and tool results. Providers process information under the terms and settings applicable to the service we use; this policy does not promise zero provider retention.

Service-provider processing is separate from selling or licensing customer content. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to safety, subject to applicable law. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention and security

We retain account information, conversations, uploads, robot-related records, and associated service data indefinitely and do not currently operate a routine data-deletion process. Signing out, disconnecting a robot, stopping use, or revoking Google access does not delete information already stored by Waddle. This retention practice remains subject to applicable legal requirements.

We use access controls to restrict access to account and workspace information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies for sign-in and account sessions. Browser session storage and local storage support workspace sessions, drafts, selected workspaces, and interface preferences. Restricting this storage may prevent parts of the application from working.

Your choices and rights

You can stop using Waddle, sign out, and manage its Google connection in your Google Account settings. Revoking that connection does not delete existing Waddle records. For information requests, corrections, or privacy rights applicable to you, contact wave@waddlelabs.ai. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. We may need to verify your identity. Our retention policy does not waive rights you have under applicable law.

Changes

We will post policy changes here with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a materially different purpose. A policy update does not by itself override commitments previously made about existing information.
